Taonet Pro is used in hospital and primary care patient environments.
A single interface shows only what the user needs.
Customisable component views for each type of user: Haematologist, Manager Nurse and Primary Care Nurse.
The user experience has been designed for a high productivity environment, facilitating tasks and reducing the number of actions in order to clarify information and avoid possible errors.
Some medical centres need to attend to more than 500 users over a period of two to three hours, pushing the computer system and primary care and haematology staff to the limit.
User research, user testing and interviews were conducted in some of the most important public hospitals in Spain.
Design development, ideation and functionality creation has been carried out in close collaboration with eminent Spanish haematologists.
In addition to user experience consulting work, the mindset of the product development team has been changed, encouraging a mentality of creativity and design in the team, while internalising the processes of design thinking and user-centred design.
Changing the structure and the processes has generated a significant increase in productivity, reliability and confidence on the part of the users who have participated in the tests.
The completion of complex tasks such as creation and management of annual schedules for different hospitals has been rigorously optimised. What used to take several days now takes just a few hours.
Project implementation in phases helped the learning curve and radically increased user acceptance of the redesign, yielding remarkable results.
The next challenge is implementation of the software in the international market.
Comprehensive guidelines were created for the development team.
A robust Design system was established using Google material interface principles, in order to facilitate future implementation upgrades and ISO audits.
